The Grand Plaza Hotel Smouha - Alexandria

I had a decent stay here. The location is super convenient, just a short drive from local attractions. The rooms are comfy and spacious, and the city view from the balcony is quite nice! Plus, the front desk staff were really friendly and helpful, especially when they granted me an early check-in after a long, tiring journey. That was a real lifesaver!

The experience wasn't all sunshine. The cleaning staff could do better; my sheets weren’t changed, and there was dust on the floor. the lack of basic amenities like complimentary water was disappointing. Honestly, the dining options were just plain boring, and the service was slow. I expected more for the price!

The mattress was super comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep. Everything was clean and tidy, and I loved the additional bathroom features like body soap and free toiletries.

Top-class and perfect hotel with pleasant staff in reservation, appreciated our staying. The venue's position was nice a short walk to a stadium and restaurants. A mall and a market were right next door.

We visited the Citadel of Qaitbay and the Library of Alexandria. The staff were super friendly, and the breakfast was a highlight. The location made it easy to explore, and we enjoyed the nice lobby area too.

On the downside, I noticed a strange smell in the bathroom , which wasn't pleasant.
